APSI was recently awarded the contract for Construction Management Services for the Elk Grove Animal Shelter. The $15 million project consists of new construction of a 23,000 square foot building and includes public parking and service parking lots, outdoor animal yards, kennels, a low-cost spay and neuter clinic and landscape and hardscape areas. The goal is to meet current and future animal shelter needs while providing appropriate and humane care of the animals it serves.
