APSI was recently awarded the construction management services contract to repair and upgrade 14 housing units impacted by Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria. The damage forced the relocation of some park housing occupants to US mainland parks due to the unavailability of a place to live on St. John. The remaining occupants reside in housing that is minimally sufficient to their needs. The purpose of this project is to bring the units to current NPS housing standards, building codes, severe storm resiliency, and high-efficiency standards. We look forward to working on this project and continuing our relationship with NPS!
