APSI has been serving GSA Region 9 for the past few years as they upgrade the Social Security Administration facility at the Frank Hagel Federal Building in Richmond, CA. Based on the outstanding work of our staff, GSA has awarded us with another 3 years to support the ongoing construction efforts. The work on site is currently totaling roughly $40 million and project size ranges from small repair and alteration projects to major renovations of and improvements to existing facilities.
