Dave recently joined APSI and brings over 17 years of experience with a background in complex projects involving phased work, operational facilities, and secure facilities. He understands the importance of coordination with the facility to minimize necessary impacts to facility operations. Dave is an analytical planner and problem solver, and has worked on projects ranging from $25 million to $300 million. Projects he has managed have involved a combination of renovation, new construction and site upgrades. Dave is slated to lead our team for the Metropolitan State Hospital Expansion in Norwalk, CA, for the Department of General Services.
