Edward brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry including coordinating, inspecting, and managing all phases of facilities construction projects. He has actively coordinated and managed projects from bidding through construction and occupancy phases, and is well versed in coordinating and inspecting the work of contractors. Edward has extensive experience in coordinating office moves and facility upgrades, creating a safe work environment, and orchestrating space consolidation efforts as a cost savings. He recently joined the APSI team and is serving as Construction Manager/Lead Safety Oversight for the Department of Veterans Affairs’, Palo Alto Health Care System Project.
