APSI was recently awarded this contract to remodel the Stockton Police Headquarters basement. The project includes the addition of lockers, restrooms and showers and renovations to MEP systems. We look forward to this project and continuing our relationship with the City of Stockton!
APSI was recently awarded Phase II of the Elihu M Harris State Building Access Barrier Removal project. This project includes removal of architectural barriers to common areas within the building. Ian Davidson joins APSI as Medical Equipment Planner at our Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System Capital Construction Program project. Ian has over 26 years of direct experience with medical equipment planning and design as well as coordinating CDs and administering construction phase work for hospitals, clinics and dental facilities and we are happy to have him on board. Marking the 5th year in a row, APSI’s Bay Area staff volunteered their time at the Alameda County Community Food Bank on 1/22/19 as part of their annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Morning of Service. Overall, the volunteers sorted through a grand total of 42,208 lbs of food — the equivalent of over 35,000 meals! Special thanks to David Adelberg, Bay Area Manager, for setting this up each year. Beverly joins us as Document Control Technician II with over 20 years of organizational and project document management experience. APSI teamed with Heery and was awarded this $150 million project to expand and modernize the Calexico Land Port of Entry. The expansion and modernization includes a new administration building with sky bridge, new inspection lanes, an employee parking structure and utilities extension for future projects. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Heery and GSA!
Project Award: APSI is providing scheduling and REA support services for the new $130 million Consulate Compound in Nogales, Mexico. The 376,700 sf, design-build, multi-building complex will be situated on an 8.4-acre site. We are excited about this new project and look forward to continuing our relationship with the US Department of State!
