Abdul recently joined APSI and has more than six years of experience in construction management, planning, scheduling, site supervision, managing a team, quality control, evaluating bids and claims, managing timeline, cost estimation, and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, clients and vendors.
Darrell recently joined APSI and has over 35 years of hands on project management experience in fast-track challenging projects, emphasizing elements of correctional, civil infrastructure, commercial, power, refineries, contingency operations, classified international U.S. Government, and upstream-midstream-downstream oil and gas projects.
Brian brings 30 years of experience in the construction industry which includes inspecting streets and roadway construction, sewer, storm and water infrastructures, commercial/residential buildings new and existing remodels, bridges, traffic lighting control systems, safety and ADA compliances, landscaping and irrigation, and solar and wind power structures. He recently joined the APSI team and is serving as Construction Inspector for the Department of Veterans Affairs’, Palo Alto Health Care System Project.
James brings 40 years of experience in the construction industry as an inspector and supervisor on projects involving public works facilities, utilities and infrastructure, transportation including tunnels, subways, roads, bridges and traffic signals, water and wastewater including wells, pumping stations, and wastewater treatment plants. He recently joined the APSI team and is serving as Construction Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs’, Capital Improvement Program in Palo Alto.
Kelly recently joined the APSI team and possesses over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. His correctional and healthcare experience includes working on the Kings County prison expansion project, where he worked on the administration expansion, inmate medical space, and housing for over 250 inmates. He is well versed in Prolog, Blue Beam, Primavera Project Planner P3, Microsoft Project, Office and AutoCAD.
Edward brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry including coordinating, inspecting, and managing all phases of facilities construction projects. He has actively coordinated and managed projects from bidding through construction and occupancy phases, and is well versed in coordinating and inspecting the work of contractors.
Kenneth recently joined APSI and brings over 40 years of experience in the operation and repairing of high and low pressure steam and hot water boilers and related equipment. He has worked on numerous hospital projects, responsible for the plumbing and electrical. Currently he is serving on the Department of Veterans Affairs’, Energy Center Facility, for the Northern California Health Care System in Mather.
Robert recently joined the APSI team and is a self-starting civil engineer and military veteran with strong problem solving skills in both office and field environments. With over 14 years’ experience, he is fluent in Spanish and proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, HEC-RAS, and GIS applications, and Advanced Microsoft Excel (Excel-based VBA programming).
As a testament to the exceptional services provided to Solano County Transit in the past, APSI was recently awarded this $3 million contract to continue to provide construction management services for the implementation of SolTrans’ compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling facility and related maintenance modifications at its Operations and Maintenance Facility, located in Vallejo, California.
APSI was recently selected as one of the consultants to provide the Port of Long Beach with On-Call Construction Management services for multiple years consisting of a variety of construction contracts. These include: demolition of existing buildings, industrial and commercial office buildings, roadway and site work improvements, utilities maintenance and improvements, railroad maintenance and improvements, communication systems, wharf maintenance, dredging and navigation improvements.
