Robin brings 17 years of experience as a document control professional with an exceptionally strong background utilizing several EDMS systems, Microsoft SharePoint and Primavera Contract Manager and Aconex. She is experienced in set-up and operation of a document control office, and implementing procedures in a construction environment. She recently joined the APSI team and is serving as Document Control Specialist on Fremont Unified School District’s, $650 million Bond Program.
Tim brings 19 years of experience in the construction management field, particularly for federal government projects. He has worked as a project manager and superintendent for various contractors as well as a construction manager for various construction management companies performing different types of contracts and delivery methods at various federal facilities.
Marie brings 13 years of experience in the architectural/construction industry, possessing strong skills in construction management, programming and design, construction drawings and administration, coordination of schedules and budget, and relocation management. She has a track record of contributing to the successful completion of multi‐million dollar projects through coordinating contractors, architects and engineers; developing partnerships and goodwill with local building officials, vendors, and clients while maintaining cost and schedule controls.
Rachel recently joined the APSI team as a project manager with more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of construction environments. Her experience encompasses construction, estimating and design processes, including schematic, design development and construction documents. Her responsibilities have included reviewing/preparing submittals, RFI's, dally reports, closeout documentation, posting drawings, maintaining/updating project schedules and constructabllity reviews.
A group of APSI employees and family members participated in the 2016 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Morning of Service, by volunteering at the Alameda County Community Food Bank in Oakland, California. The food bank provides a vital service to the community by taking in bulk surplus food and distributing it to hundreds of organizations throughout the County.
The County has selected APSI along with our JV partner, Sixth Dimension to manage the $70 million jail expansion and $40 million new juvenile hall. The team is ramping up to provide bid phase services with ground breaking in 2016.
APSI was selected by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs to support the VA Palo Alto Health Care System’s capital construction program over the next 5 years. The system includes three hospital based divisions and a network of nine community based outpatient clinics and satellite campuses.
James brings five years’ experience as a project manager who has the qualifications along with comparable experience of working to the highest standards. James has a good track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources. He is able to lead teams on residential, commercial, industrial and education projects where the highest standards are routinely demanded. .
Robert brings 27 years’ experience in the field of civil engineering (structural, geotechnical and construction) and geological engineering (geo-mechanics and underground construction) throughout North and Central America. He has successfully planned, designed and managed numerous large governmental public works and mining infrastructure projects not only providing planning, design, engineering and construction management, but also a lead engineer on a number of large complex projects.
Robert has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. His experience includes estimating, doing material take off and pricing for new and remodeling projects and reading blue prints and schematics.
