APSI is providing project construction management for the pre-construction and construction phases, including scheduling/project controls, estimating, and field inspection/document control services, of new health-care facilities in three CDCR facilities in Kern County, CA.
APSI in a joint venture with SixthDimension was awarded three Access Barrier Removal contracts with the State of California, Department of General Services in May 2015. These contracts are for construction project management services for accessibility improvements and associated infrastructure repair of multiple state buildings. Work begins in the summer of 2015 and will continue over the next five years.

APSI in a joint venture with SixthDimension was awarded the 450 North State Street Improvement Project in Sacramento, CA. Better known as the Board of Equalization Building, the project involves a complete building systems upgrade of the 25-story, 600,000 sf building.
