The wharf repairs at Christianstead National Historic Site in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands are now complete!
APSI provided construction management services on this $6.5 million, design-bid-build project, which replaced the existing wharf bulkhead and repaired the associated wharf apron. The work included environmental and cultural resource protection mitigation measures.
We are very excited to share completion of this project for the National Park Service. Congrats to the entire team!
Structural Flood Mitigation at Cottonwood Cove in Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Searchlight, NV is now complete!
APSI provided construction management services for the structural flash flood mitigation of the Cottonwood Cove developed area, including new diversion dikes and channels. The diversion system diverts approximately 60% to 75% of flood waters away from the existing drainages that flow directly into the developed area to a cove north of Cottonwood Cove where it can discharge directly into Lake Mohave without affecting visitors, employees, or property.
We are very excited to share completion of this project for the National Park Service. Congrats to the entire team!
APSI was a proud sponsor of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation's Reaching for the Cure event on March 26th and our own Jessica Ishak was on the planning committee for this great event. Team APSI raised $1,305 in support of pediatric cancer research and the overall event raised over $606K!
There were smiles for miles as over 2,700 participants walked to support this great cause. We hope that you’ll join us next year!

Project Completion! Meridian Hill Park is a 12-acre historic park designed and built between 1912 and 1940 in Washington DC. APSI provided construction management services on the $8.9 million restoration and rehabilitation of the lower plaza, great terrace wall and the installation of a new pleaching frame structure in the upper mall. The Pleaching Frame Archway allows trees to be trained and trimmed to form an archway that frames the distant view of the Washington Monument. Meridian Hill Park features one of America’s earliest examples of decorative exposed aggregate concrete. We are very excited to share completion of this project for the National Park Service. Congrats to the entire team!
APSI is excited to announce that we have been awarded the BPA for the Highgate Springs Land Port of Entry! The new land port of entry will replace the existing 25-year old facility, which is not large enough to handle the expected 30% increase in traffic when construction of Canada Autoroute A-35 is complete. More than $150 million will be used at the border crossing for upgrades to travel lanes and to modernize the facility, which is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
Additionally, we were awarded a second BPA for multiple Vermont Land Port of Entry Projects in a CTA with CBRE Heery! These projects at the Alburg Springs, Beebe Plain, Norton and Richford Land Ports of Entry include new construction and renovations to accommodate the mission of Customs and Border Protection. We look forward to each of these projects and continuing our relationship with GSA Region 1!

With your help, a total of $2,568 was donated to five organizations across the nation!

This year, ABC7, Toys for Tots, and Southern California firefighters are celebrating the 30th year of the Spark of Love Toy Drive! APSI collected toys and dropped them off at the Stuff A Bus event across from South Coast Plaza. We loved supporting this event and a great time was had by all.
Over the years, the Spark of Love Toy Drive has successfully collected and distributed nearly 9 million toys. For more information, visit: https://ocfa.org/toydrive or https://fire.lacounty.gov/spark-of-love/
