APSI is excited to announce the addition of James Edmonds, CCM, AIA, as our new Mid-Atlantic Area Manager! James has more than 25 years of professional management experience, including the successful completion of the $1.4 billion, multi-phase campus consolidation program for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through GSA.
