Rachel recently joined the APSI team as a project manager with more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of construction environments. Her experience encompasses construction, estimating and design processes, including schematic, design development and construction documents. Her responsibilities have included reviewing/preparing submittals, RFI's, dally reports, closeout documentation, posting drawings, maintaining/updating project schedules and constructabllity reviews. She is currently serving as Construction Inspector for the Department of Veterans Affairs’, Capital Improvement Program in Palo Alto.
