Robert has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. His experience includes estimating, doing material take off and pricing for new and remodeling projects and reading blue prints and schematics. Robert has served as Quality Control Manager for a contractor doing work for the Maryland Transit Administration, and currently with APSI, he is serving as Inspector for the USAID, Ronald Reagan Federal Building in Washington DC on the multi-year program to update tenant spaces. In the past, Robert volunteered to work at ground zero after the 9/11 attacks and served in the military from 1969 – 1972. He served one tour in Vietnam and was given an honorable discharge in 1972.
