APSI is providing program and construction management services for the renovation of six service center facilities.  Currently, more than 900 field and customer service employees operate from seven service centers, as well as provide fleet support for more than 500 vehicles and construction equipment.  The program includes condition assessments, programming, and requirements development, then developing a cost / schedule baseline and adapting it to various acquisition alternatives.

In July 2015, groundbreaking for Phase I of the program took place.  There are two separate sites involved for this $23.8 million phase:

    • West Side Operations Center (WSOC) – a 40 acre site with a 12,300 SF administration building, 6,550 SF fleet building, and a 6,820 SF supply building. The site will include large parking areas for personal and operation vehicles, an ice and water station, fueling station, and a truck scale.
    • North Side Operations Center (NSOC) – a 21 acre site with a 10,186 SF administration building, 6,550 SF fleet building and a 5,400 SF supply building.  The site will include large parking areas for personal and operation vehicles, an ice and water station, fueling station, and a truck scale.

Led by team members Robert Morse and Steve Gatto, this $69 million, 9 year program started in August 2012 and continues through 2022.
