Since 2017, APSI has proudly provided project controls and support services for the $1.7 billion Harbor-UCLA Master Plan Implementation.
Recently, our team conducted a site visit to deliver hands-on, proactive schedule management for the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Replacement project. Through close collaboration and on-site engagement, we ensure that the project stays on track, meeting key milestones and supporting the long-term vision for this vital healthcare facility.
