APSI is excited to announce that we have been awarded the BPA for the Highgate Springs Land Port of Entry! The new land port of entry will replace the existing 25-year old facility, which is not large enough to handle the expected 30% increase in traffic when construction of Canada Autoroute A-35 is complete. More than $150 million will be used at the border crossing for upgrades to travel lanes and to modernize the facility, which is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
Additionally, we were awarded a second BPA for multiple Vermont Land Port of Entry Projects in a CTA with CBRE Heery! These projects at the Alburg Springs, Beebe Plain, Norton and Richford Land Ports of Entry include new construction and renovations to accommodate the mission of Customs and Border Protection.
